    Paul Baloche |

    Dove Award-winning songwriter, Paul Baloche, has written hundreds of worship songs. “Open the Eyes of My Heart,” “Above All,” “Hosanna,” “Your Name,” and many others have become church favorites throughout the world. As a respected songwriter and teacher, Paul travels the world teaching and leading others in worship. Through, he developed a series of teaching DVD’s designed to help worship teams increase their skill and confidence in leading others in worship. Paul has served as the Worship Pastor at Community Christian Fellowship in Texas for over 20 years where he lives with his family.

    Ben Gowell |

    Ben Gowell is a session guitarist, producer, and worship leader. He has played on many studio recordings, including projects by Paul Baloche, Michael W. Smith, Sara Groves, and others. He has been Paul’s electric guitar player for 10 years and co-produced Paul’s latest 3 projects. Ben has taught electric guitar workshops at worship seminars across the globe.  Ben’s teaching on choosing parts, creating tones, using effects, and playing in a band consistently receive the highest praise from the thousands of electric guitar players that have attended his in-depth workshops. Don’t miss this.

    He serves as the Music Director at Christ Church of the Valley in Phoenix, Arizona.

    Carl Albrecht |

    Carl has been a professional drummer and percussionist for over 30 years. He has played on over hundreds of worship and mainstream projects. He has been Paul’s drummer for 20 years. A list of artists Carl has played with would take a separate page.   Carl is a sought-after drums and percussion instructor and has produced a series of excellent drum DVD’s that have been used by drummers all over the world.   The two 75-minute workshops and extensive hand-out will give you all the tools you need to bring your drumming to the next level.

    Michael Rossback |

    Michael Rossback is a multi-talented musician, songwriter, and music producer with a wide variety of interests. He has been Paul’s bass player, keyboard player, and background vocalist for 7 years and also does studio work for others in New York, Nashville, and Colorado Springs.  He has co-produced Paul’s latest 4 projects

    Michael’s bass workshop is like no other.  His hands-on workshop about how to properly adjust your bass is a must-see session which is often overlooked by others.  Michael takes the fear out of using tools to get the action just right on your instrument.  His 2nd workshop on how to play (and when not to play) in the context of a band, using your bass to complement the other instruments, is a workshop that always received the highest praise.

    Michael was part of the New Life Church worship team and also played with The Desperation Band and The Michael Gungor Band.  He has also produced their latest projects.


    Ed Kerr |

    Ed has been a songwriter and worship pastor for many years. While living in Texas, he co-wrote many songs with Paul Baloche. He has a Masters in piano and teaches often at seminars on using keyboards in worship. Ed produced two teaching DVD’s that help people transition from organ and classical piano to using more modern keyboard sounds and pads in worship services.

    Michael Neale |

    Michael has been a worship pastor and songwriter for many years.  His songs have been recorded by artists such as Michael W. Smith, Natalie Grant, Rebecca St. James and others.  In leading worship teams and directing choirs over the years, Michael has developed excellent vocal instruction that will help improve your confidence and skill in singing on your worship team.

    Michael serves on the team of Worship Leaders at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, FL where he lives with his wife Leah, and their three children.


    John Willis

    John Willis has mixed live sound for 80 people in the smallest of churches and for 80,000 in arena venues around the world. He is the owner of PHG, the largest audio and video production company in Northern Ireland. John is an expert at providing practical and straightforward answers to complex audio issues related to mixing worship bands in a a church setting.
