Review by a music fan from Brooklyn, New York: When I was given Paul Baloche's cd, "First Love", I didn't know what to expect. I had never heard of him before. Prior to playing it, I thought, "I just hope it's not boring." Needless to say, I was blown away from the first song, "Rise Up and Praise Him". "Fight The Good Fight" is an incredible song too. This is a wonderful uplifting cd. It not only moves the soul... it moves the feet. Paul's music leads you back into a love relationship with the Lord through vibrant worship. If you are a Matthew Ward fan, Paul provides another blessing, by having him as one of his back-up singers. Paul's wife, Rita Baloche, is a wonderful addition too. Her soulful, gutsy voice brings another dimension to this surprisingly good CD. Truly, this woman must have sat at the feet of some soulful singers in the past. If you are having a bad day... I highly recommend you get this cd. You will be smiling by sunset!
